1 - How can I place an order on marie.com?

When you find the product(s) you wish to purchase, follow the following steps: 

1) Select the product(s); 

2) Click "add to cart". You may continue to purchase other products or complete the order. Clicking on "cart" at the top of the page, then you will go to the shopping cart page;  

3) When in the shopping cart, make sure all the products you want to buy, have been added. On this page you can change the quantity or remove it from the cart; 

4) If you have a promo code, enter it in the "add promo code" field and click "apply". Your discount will be added to your order.

Delivery 

Select the shipping method you want. You can choose to deliver to the address you specify or pick up your order from any pick up UPS points in the USA.  

Payment 

1) This is the last step to complete your order. At this step you can confirm all the products you have added to your order and review the shipping method you have selected. Review your order and confirm all details before paying. 

2) Select the payment. For more information on payment methods at marie.com, go to "Orders" section and the "Payment methods" page. If you choose to pay by ATM reference, please note that your order will not be shipped before we receive confirmation of your payment. You can pay at any ATM or through home banking under the option “Payment for purchases”. You have 3 days to pay. If you choose to pay by credit card, enter your card number, security code, and validity. You can also choose to pay by PayPal too.

Confirm purchase After making the payment and finalize the order you will receive an email confirming your order. The invoice will be shipped with your order and will also be available for download in your personal area.

2 - What are the shipping costs and lead times? 

If you opt for standard delivery (starting at $3,23), your order will be delivered to your specified address within 2-3 business days between 9am to 6pm. Standard delivery and delivery in any pick up UPS points are free of charge ifor orders of $50 or more.Other delivery methods are also available:

- Express Delivery ($5,42): Orders placed by 12pm the previous business day will be delivered the following day;

- Saturday morning delivery ($5,42): orders placed on the previous business day, until 12am, will be delivered the next Saturday, between 9am and 1pm;

- Delivery to any UPS collection point ($1,00): Pick up your order from any UPS collection points.

3 - Can I return my order / specific products from my order?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it within 14 days after receiving it. The product(s) you wish to return must be unopened and in perfect original conditions. Returns are free of charge.

To return, following steps:

1) Complete the return form that was shipped with your order. Put it filled in the box with the order;

2) Use the return label that was shipped with your order and put it in the box. This way the return will not have any costs for you;

3) Return it at any UPS pick up point.

The amount of product(s) returned will be refunded through the initial payment method. For orders paid with ATM you will receive an email with an online credit, valid for 1 year at the marie.us online store.

After the refund, the credit note that legally proves the return of the products will be available for download in your personal account.

4 - I've received an order with damaged products / with missing products. What can I do? 

If you find that your order is incomplete or damaged, we suggest contacting Marie Customer Services by email customerservice@marie.com or by phone from Monday to Saturday.
